Does a tap automatically leave a review?
No. The tap opens the destination. Customers choose their rating, write their own feedback and submit it themselves. A Google account is required to post a Google review.
Will it work with iPhone and Android?
NFC tapping works with supported, NFC-enabled phones. Phone settings, cases and antenna placement can affect tapping. The QR code offers another way to open the link using a phone camera and an internet connection.
Are there monthly fees?
The physical cards, plates and stands are a one-time purchase. Optional NudgeTag feedback software is billed separately by subscription.
