A pocket-sized NFC Google review card that opens your business review page with a tap or QR scan. Keep it at checkout or carry it between appointments. Once configured, the NFC chip and QR code give customers a direct route to your page without having to search for your business name.
Does a tap automatically leave a review?
No. The tap opens the destination. Customers choose their rating, write their own feedback and submit it themselves. A Google account is required to post a Google review.
Will it work with iPhone and Android?
NFC tapping works with supported, NFC-enabled phones. Phone settings, cases and antenna placement can affect tapping. The QR code offers another way to open the link using a phone camera and an internet connection.
Are there monthly fees?
The physical cards, plates and stands are a one-time purchase. Software subscriptions are separate and are not currently offered through NudgeTag.
