A little clarity
before you tap.

Start with the basics.

What is an NFC Google review card?

It is a physical card with a small NFC chip and a printed QR code. Once connected to your business, a customer can tap a compatible phone or scan the QR code to open your Google review page.

Does a tap automatically leave a review?

No. The tap opens the destination. Customers choose their rating, write their own feedback and submit it themselves. A Google account is required to post a Google review.

Will it work with iPhone and Android?

NFC tapping works with supported, NFC-enabled phones. Phone settings, cases and antenna placement can affect tapping. The QR code offers another way to open the link using a phone camera and an internet connection.

Are there monthly fees?

The physical cards, plates and stands are a one-time purchase. Software subscriptions are separate and are not currently offered through NudgeTag.

Can I use a pack for different locations?

Different devices can be assigned different business links when the sourced hardware supports individual programming. Add your location requirements to the order request so setup can be confirmed.

Can customers leave any rating?

Yes. Invite honest feedback from customers and let them choose their rating. NudgeTag’s direct review links do not screen customers by how positive their feedback is.
